  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit upon agreement with the customer.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
