Products once purchased can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery charges for returns will not be covered by Wasiyata.lk unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect items).

If there are insufficient stocks for replacement, we will arrange a fund transfer after reaching an agreement with the customer.
